Hello Clint, I intend to NMU fakeroot end of April 2025 to fix open l10n bugs[1]. The changelog would be something like the following:
fakeroot (1.37.1-1.1) unstable; urgency=medium
* Non-maintainer upload.
* Update debconf template translation
- Romanian translation.

Please tell me if you are currently preparing a new release yourself

Regarding the Romanian translation: The one shipped is incomplete,
and the one in the bug report is older. I'll talk with Remus-Gabriel
to get a proper version.
