Apt reverse dependency indicates OpenSCAD might still be the only dependency using the library. OpenSCAD still fully supports lib3mf-v1, even with all the new color and material features. I have not seen a single file yet that does not open with that library version. Please explain why you think having version 1.8.1 is useless. Now upgrading would be nice, but upstream decision of using a separate generator application (written in go, license should be fine) makes a simple update of the packaging impossible. ciao, Torsten.
