aravis has an unnecessary Build-Depends: cmake. cmake is unused. This Build-Depends may have been added because meson is a bit too verbose and mentions that it can't find cmake when it can't find a build dependency. I am submitting a merge request to fix this. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
