Hi Andreas, tracker.debian.org says https://www.kinodv.org/ as homepage of dvgrab.And https://www.kinodv.org/ says kino is dead as of 5.8.2013. I don't know if this is also true of dvgrab. At least we have relative high popcon level. And yes, the github repo you mentioned looks like code for dvgrab, salvaged from sourceforge. But it has no releases, so a watch file would not return any useful information.
Anyway it would be a good idea to have the package source in salsa. Christoph
