When sending my Mail on Friday, I hadn't spotted the experimental upload, yet. I have now a qtcontacts-sqlite that loads the ICU extension successfully and all the nasty warnings during unit tests are gone.
I am ready to upload qtcontacts-sqlite whenever sqlite3 + libsqlite3-ext-icu has landed in unstable. Please go ahead.
The final testing will be done by Lionel Duboeuf, upstream author of lomiri-addressbook-app. I will ping him once all deps are in place.
