Dear maintainer,
I've prepared an NMU for abseil (versioned as 20240722.0-1.4) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/2. Please feel free to tell me if I
should delay it longer.
Obviously a 2-day NMU is far shorter than it should be to start a
transition. But the transition freeze is looming on us, and my
understanding was that you wanted to achieve this transition for trixie.
