Version 0.4 of python-docutils handles CJK character width correctly
when run under Python 2.4, without requiring the additional module
"jplib" used in your patch. As a result, the bug you reported will no longer
apply after Debian's default Python version changes to 2.4, which is meant
to happen very soon (bug #360851).
