This issue has been reported already, so I am merging.

I agree that ideally the whole wasmtime project is provided in Debian,
but since it requires a bunch of dependencies and alignment of those
dependencies, I found it more useful to package partly than postpone
until it was all perfectly aligned - also because the very existence of
a partly-aligned packaging may help nudge related packages into getting
aligned.
