After a little deep search I found that in file /usr/lib/cgi-bin/bugzilla/reports.cgi there is the line:
my $graph_dir = "graphs"; and in my /root directory I have a graphs directory empty, owned by root. So I supposed it was a permission problem and I tryied to change the cgi line into: my $graph_dir = "$datadir/graphs"; and I created the direcotry graphs in /var/lib/bugzilla/data/ giving it www-data ownership. Now I don't have the Internal error message anymore.
