Dear Maintainers, I also encountered this problem on my system. Thanks to my friends' help, I believe I've found a possible cause and solution.
I installed GNOME on a fresh Debian unstable base-system using this installation method: 1. gnome-shell 2. gdm3 3. nautilus 4. gnome-terminal With this installation, the package libtracker-sparql-3.0-0 was not included. After installing libtracker-sparql-3.0-0 (which provides /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/tinysparql-3.0/libtracker-parser-libicu.so), Nautilus launched properly. Thank you for your investigations.
