My bad i thought it would work, as I found deb project bomstrip using
opts='pgpmode=none' in its watch file.
I have checked the upstream project
https://sourceforge.net/projects/atinout/, this is not being maintained
for a very very long time.
So requesting for signed archive from upstream maintainer is a big ask,
also I saw a PR
(https://sourceforge.net/p/atinout/code/merge-requests/2/) which is like
4 years old.
Either you fork the upstream to git-hub which provides signed archives
or just ignore the warning.

Few are the suggested Lintian fixes:
1. Add the following line in the debian/watch file:
*opts='pgpmode=none'*
I have applied, but it does not seem to remove the Lintian experimental
tag "debian-watch-does-not-check-openpgp-signature".
2. Please remove the *.git* folder from the package atinout.
I have applied, and it removed the Lintian experimental tag
"very-long-line-length-in-source-file".
I have re-uploaded the package to mentors.d.n as Upload #2. You can find
it at the following URL:
https://mentors.debian.net/package/atinout/
Alternatively, you can download the package with 'dget' using this command:
dget
-xhttps://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/a/atinout/atinout_0.9.1+git20150607.4976a6c-1.dsc
Many thanks!
