Depends on libsoup-3.0-0 (3.0.7-2), which hasn’t updated recently; a Jan 13 libsoup2.4-1 update (2.74.3-1 to 2.74.3-1+deb12u1) might’ve tightened HTTP/2 handling indirectly, but the IMF change seems primary.
