Given that I have raised this issue to the committee, I have a conflict
of interest on this matter. As a result, I explicitly abstain from
voting on this matter.

This may be relevant in case, five out of seven members have voted in
favour of one option. Given my explicit non-vote, the vote may no longer
be in doubt at that time.
