And since autopkgtest pulls in build-essential which in turn pulls in libperl, and I haven't been able to run autopkgtest with unshare due to lack of docs and a bugreport being ignored for weeks, and the code has been in experimental for three months and nobody but me cared, this has happened. yes. > Not sure about the correct solution but feel free to discuss it here :) I'm going to try replacing encode with a no-op if libperl5.40 is not there first.
