Looks like it was automatically removed from <https://mentors.debian.net/package/ddclient/> because it was uploaded to unstable just before your email (~8h ago). The new version hasn't appeared at <https://packages.debian.org/sid/ddclient> or <https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/ddclient> yet; is it normal to take 8h to update?
