He clearly stated that switching to another window manager resolved the problem for him. So, we definitly have an issue here. And if you cannot reproduce this issue, asking the bug submitter for more information is best practices. (And also telling the submitter which information you need, and what you tried to reproduce the bug report.) So, bumping back to RC.
