How was it determined that there are no rdeps on this package? When I perform an 'apt purge policykit-1-gnome' on my trixie box it takes out network-manager-applet and nm-connection-editor with it.policykit-1-gnome is no longer maintained upstream, and has no rdeps anymore, so let's remove it.
