Tell it kde not me :)

same Trick i used beore 15 Years when i worked there :)

no there is no such config option

If you provide a patch wich will add in capisuite.conf 
STRIP_MSD=3 (strips the first 3 signs)
ADD_DIAL_PREFIX="0" (which adds this as dial prefix)
I can think about including it

I dont accept something hardcoded, because then ist no more usable in
other countries or i need a extra file for every country
