Hi Perl team,

today libbiblio-isis-perl was a candidate for the Bug of the Day[1]. To
my surprise I've found a packaging repository on Salsa which was
unrelated to the package that was uploaded to Debian[2]. I took the
freedom to force-push the result of `gbp dscs` and afterwards used the
fine and mordern content created by Mason James to override the outdated
packaging (see closed bug and other things) to get the packaging in sync
with current standards.

My intention is to upload the package which is declared to be maintained
by the Perl team to delayed=15 and skip the ITS bug which is formally
required by the Salvage process if you agree with me that given the
singular upload by the initial maintainer in 2007 followed by a sequence
of NMUs is a good argument for doing so, (Initial maintainer Jose
Parrella is in CC of this mail - I'd be happy to hear your opinion, Jose.)

For one thing I need your help to finalise the package: There is one
test failing in autopkgtest (see Salsa CI[3]) and I need your help to
fix this.

Kind regards
    Andreas.
