#1092807 is actually this bug: #1094348 And it has been fixed today. I compiled hplip from source, and it works with python3 3.13.1-2, the latest. No more issues.
>From source, because the 3.22.10+dfsg0-6 is likely to take couple of days to >be in repos. This bug, #1092807, should be renamed, because it is not a libreoffice bug, but all I was able to do today was compile hplip and test it working. As a sidenote, it appears to me that network printing with HP printers means giving away your privacy. I set up the printer with a network cable connection to my local network, but there's practically no printing unless you agree to the HP license, whatever, by connecting to some HP domain. Which I wasn't willing to do. Essentially, the embedded web server of this printer tells you everything, but eventually it asks you to enable, IIRC, "Web printing", with a button, that shows nothing in the status bar of your browser. But upon clicking on that button, you are just told that you have no network connection. So, network printing, be it in local network, needs permission, and supervision, from HP company. That's certainly not up to Debian developers, but absolutely HP company's decision and manners. And that certainly is not free. Regards, Elimork
