Okay, I'm reassigning this to llvm-toolchain-19 package since there is
reason to believe that this a plucky-proposed llvm-19 issue. See
earlier messages in this report how to attempt to reproduce the problem,
even though I was not able to reproduce it against sid/24.04/25.04. If
the Debian maintainers of llvm-toolchain-19 isn't the same set of
maintainers as for the Ubuntu llvm-toolchain-19 package, feel free to
reassign to Launchpad. Or back to 'tillitis-tkey-device-signer' if
there is something that could be done from its point of view; it is an
unusual package that assume bit-by-bit reproducable clang-19 RISCV32
object code output.
