yes, one solution to this problem is to move zabbix-frontend-php from
the Recommends to the Suggests, fixed in SVN.

well, this is somewhat tricky to solve. I think i could query an
existing dbconfig-common database within the postinst script, but im not
100% sure. Im going to have a look.

this is right, also fixed in SVN. Reconfiguration should work with the
next upload.
