vst3sdk FTBFS on i386 due to failing type size checks:

Removal of static_assert from SMTG_TYPE_STATIC_CHECK in
base/typesizecheck.h fixes the build, tests also pass successfully. It
seems that juce drops these static type size checks altogether.
