Thank you for reporting this, I made a new release today and it should be uploaded by a debian developer to unstable soon. This will definitely fix the symlink, as I tested in multiple cases.
Furthermore /usr/share/postfixadmin/public/css/ is missing too. As a result,the web interface doesn't look good. Unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce this error about /usr/share/postfixadmin/public/css. From 3.3.14+ds1-1, /usr/share/postfixadmin/public/css is moved to /usr/share/postfixadmin/public/static.
