It seems not all affected packages are appearing on the tracker. >From discussions in # debian-python it was found that at least astropy-healpix misses a dependency on python3-numpy-abiN, due to itself missing call to dh_numpy3 [1]. As mentioned in that bug, there was a Lintian tag [2] for this issue, but I do not see now where this is reported.
