Dear Maintainer,
We want to ship ruby-rack 3 in trixie (it is already in unstable), but thin
does not work with ruby-rack 3. We are hoping to remove thin, so it'd be good
if redmine is switched to puma. Else someone need to fix thin with ruby-rack 3.
-5 is also affected, so marking it as such so that -6 can migrate, which would
help the ruby-defaults transition.
