debtags is not even in testing anymore, and I want to remove it as well,
I just filed a bug stating so. Nobody is able to update tags anymore, so
the feature is meaningless.
I will request the removal from unstable on Feb 28. If you want to request
removal earlier, feel free to use:
Control: severity -1 normal
Control: retitle -1 RM: packagesearch -- RoM; obsolete dependencies
Control: reassign -1 ftp.debian.org
Control: affects -1 + src:packagesearch
