step to reproduce :
build a simple2-disks raid1 with mdadm
remove on of the 2 disks
mdadm mark the array as inactive
(we could stop and re-assemble the array manually, but the point of this bug
report is that debian shouldassemble such array at boot, and then send a
warning email)
