Package: xfe
Version: 1.46.2-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

since at least the penultimate version (these last months), I experienced with
Xfe (only) a strange and really annoying bug during file rename or creation :
the character input is just random !

For instance, if I press a letter (let's say A), I get randomly :
- the letter pressed (A) -- this is the only expected behaviour
- another letter (pressed before)
- nothing
- a cursor movement (to the left, or right)
- or even a character suppression (before, or under the cursor)

I haven't checked the sources, but I suppose that character input is done by a
library, maybe libfox-1.6-0 ? (Installed : v1.6.57-1+b4)

So this bug is visible in Xfe, but may be in fact a bug from libfox-1.6-0, or
another library...
(I don't use the "sumo" package, which seems to be the only other, besides Xfe,
to use directly libfox-1.6-0.)

NB : No other package that I use frequently gives such a behaviour.

Would you have any suggestion, to track it, please ?

Thank you for your attention. Yours,

Ph. C.
