This was only needed as a dep of src:pantalaimon, just removed from unstable. The package is RC-buggy and orphaned, both since 4 days ago, and it's very unusual (to me) to file an RM bug so soon after these conditions become true, but I don't think it's useful to have it in Debian. Still, I'll be fine with keeping it for now, as it was removed from testing and won't block anything.
