webrtc-audio-processing 1.3 is in Debian Experimental and I intend to upload it to Unstable soon. While dino-im still builds with the new version, I carefully noticed in the build logs that it doesn't support webrtc-audio-processing >= 0.4 . This results in the echo cancellation feature being unavailable. I think that it is more important to Debian that gstreamer support webrtc (where it needs webrtc-audio-processing >= 1), than for the comparatively low popcon dino-im app to have this feature. Sorry.
