Hello, I'm Gregor - the maintainer of v4l-utils in Debian. Recently Hans Verkuil decided to move the edid-decode source into v4l-utils [1]. That means that starting with the next v4l-utils release, edid-decode will included. Up to now no release has happened, therefore for testing purposes I added the edid-package to my v4l-utils PPA which tracks the mainline branch [2]. Do you happen to know how one moves a binary package from one source package to another?
