thank you for maintaining dnf in Debian! After upgrading to trixie, I seem to be unable to use dnf to boostrap rpm-based distributions. I tried rocky8, rocky9, fedora36, fedora40, and the results are similar. I'm attaching logs for rocky9 and fedora40.
