Your package build-depends on libelpa-dev, but that package has been

I am a bit confused now because I uploaded elpa_2024.05.001-1 to
experimental and that built fine on all arches, also the testsuite seems
to work.
Now, ci.debian.net does show testsuite failures of cp2k with the new
elpa from experimental, but that seems to be unrelated to MPI/32bit.
Did something change in the meantime that means MPICH is now supported?
Was the lack of support for MPICH you mentioned for the architectures in
general or for ELPA in particular?
It was for elpa in particular. If it's back (only in experimental at the moment)
then this bug can be closed, as cp2k should be able to build with the new elpa
on those architectures. But for that, elpa would need to be updated in sid, as
cp2k is still bd-uninst, with old binaries on those architectures (out-of-date):
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=cp2k&suite=sid
So either elpa gets uploaded to sid and we verify that cp2k builds fine, or cp2k
gets dropped from those architectures, or cp2k is kept out of testing.
Cheers,
