Actually, the real problem here is that the v7 packages weren't even
supposed to have the t64 suffix, since the v7 migration superseded the
t64 one.
That said, clearly it's not useful to go and rename the package now.
I'm dropping the extra special headers with the new upload, with v8
please drop the t64 suffix from the package names.
