Hi, fyi, Our gitlab-runner packaging is severely outdated:
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/gitlab-ci-multi-runner Rather than trying to understand what's going on there, I started from scratch packaging the latest upstream from scratch with 'dh-make-golang'. I will be working from here: https://salsa.debian.org/jas/gitlab-runner/-/pipelines/ My strategy is to first do what I can to get that to build (packaging NEW dependencies and patching it as appropriate), and once I get anything that builds, stop asking for review and suggested next steps. I anticipate that the simplest way forward then would be to adapt my packaging to re-use the same package names that 'gitlab-ci-multi-runner' does, and to upload it replacing the old package. But maybe some other strategy evolve. I didn't look too hard at the old packaging. /Simon
