You might need to disable the optional Webkit support generally, not only for 
Python.

As mentioned in #1092001, QGIS can't be switched to Qt6 yet. Upstream will 
likely switch to Qt6 with their 3.46 release scheduled for October 2026, but it 
will take more time for that branch to become LTR.

We can try switching our build to Qt6 with the upcoming 3.40.4 LTR, but that's 
unlikely to work for the bookworm-backport so I expect to stick to Qt5 until 
trixie is released and the backport can use Qt6 like the build in unstable.

Dropping Webkit support will break plugins and make users unhappy, so I'm only 
inclined to do that when there is no qtwebkit in testing.
