Yeah. Clearly my bug. "Sometimes" / "most of the time" QuantLib comes with a
release right after the RC. Here, in hindsight, I should have used
"experimental".  Will do next.

Oh I think I know per the second email I sent. I am mixing 1.36 and 1.37-rc
between QuantLib and QuantLib-SWIG and that ain't working. My bad.
