Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

i can run redshift -O 5000 just fine. but if i try to run redshift -c
.config/redshift/redshift.conf it doesn't work. says:
fopen: permission denied
unable to load config file

permissions on .config/redshift are drwxr-xr-x me:me, and perms on
.config/redshift/redshift.conf are rw-r--r-- me:me. ty!
