My version in Salsa appears to be working except for plugins and
dump+reload, which is a big improvement over the current near-totally
broken state:

Hence, please give me DM upload permissions for pagure. (And ideally
also push rights to its salsa.debian.org/debian repo, but that's not
required as it can temporarily move into rnpalmer-guest if need be.)
Please do _not_ upload the current Salsa HEAD, because it isn't quite
finished yet.
It remains possible that I'll decide to remove it at some future point,
either because a transition breaks it or because software of this kind
with an under-maintained upstream is a potential security hazard.
