This is caused by upstream change:

It is an intentional change, and the glib package will need to adapt.
Possible solutions:
- switch to debhelper's dh_auto_test, which invokes meson test without
using --no-rebuild
- remove the --no-rebuild flag
- run `ninja meson-test-prereq` before running "meson test"
