Package: libshout-idjc-dev
Version: 2.4.6-2+b1
Severity: normal

I'm trying to update the idjc so that it can be re-introduced it into Debian
(it has been receiving updates upstream the whole time), and I'm running into
the following error:

configure:20034: checking for shout-idjc
configure:20041: $PKG_CONFIG --exists --print-errors "shout-idjc"
Package libssl was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libssl.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'libssl', required by 'shout-idjc', not found

Apparently, libssl has appeared in Requires.private in libshout-idjc.pc, which
I suppose means that libssl-dev needs to be added to Depends.

(I'm using IDJC, so I'm interested in maintain it; please let me know if I
should formally join the Multimedia team, or just open a merge request with or
without adding myself as Uploader).
