Emscripten automatically adds "--no-growable-memory" which is

emscripten is currently in a bad shape. Given emscripten is a a javascript
transpiler, only used by javascript/node, and that it used to be maintained by
the Javascript team until it got orphaned, maybe someone from the Javascript
team can take a look at it and help bring it back into shape (and perhaps adopt
it again, as I believe it belongs under pkg-javascript) ? See e.g. #1081967.
Alternatively I'd look into removing it from testing, however there's a few
rdeps that look hard to remove.
