The old dashboard the OCaml team had is no longer around, so working out
what rebuilds are required is a little more tricky.
Do you mean the binNMU file in people.debian.org? How come? Can't someone else
take ownership of that?
That's the one. I don't know where the source of the script that generates that
file is.
I believe the source is here [1].
The haskell team is still running it, see [2]. Perhaps you can ask Ilias or
Joachim for guidance on how to run it for ocaml.
I have since discovered that the ocaml transition tracker [1] can give
hints at what may require binNMUs.
That's much more manual though, as the script gave actual nmu commands. The
tracker needs to be manually analyzed.
