Package: octave-zmat
Severity: normal
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
X-Debbugs-Cc: antonio.valent...@tiscali.it

Dear Maintainer,
recently c-blosc2 started having problems to build on the mips64el architecture.
The problem is not really clear and not reproducible on proterboxes so for
the moment it was just decided to request for removal of the binary libblosc2-4
package from misp64el (unstable). See [1] and [2].

According to [1] this is not possible if there are packages depending on
libblosc2-4 on that architecture because they would become uninstallable.

octave-zmat is one of the dependencies of libblosc2-4 on mips64el.

For the moment the latest upload on c-blosc2 is only 5 days old, but,
if we do not manage to make it migrate to testing in time, I would expect
that the package could be removed.

In order to allow c-blosc2 to migrate to testing it is kindly asked to
file a bug requesting the removal of octave-zmat from mips64el (unstable).
