Try asking in -mentors, but I guess that they might tell you more
or less the same, namely, that unstable is already broken enough
as it is to make it even more broken by adding all experimental
packages at once.
btw: This behavior comes from having "NotAutomatic: yes"
in the "Release" file, and it's also the same thing which
makes packages in backports not to be installed by default
even if you have it in sources.list.
If you try that, I would be curious to know the outcome.
