Package: plasma-theme-oxygen
Version: 4:5.27.11-1+b1

If I try to update KDE packages from 5.27.x to 6.2.x in a system using
the testing branch, the whole process will fail (tried with apt and
apt-get) if package 'plasma-oxygen-theme' is installed in the system,
with an error like this:
"Config is in use"

.. just like in this post for example:
https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/567482/apt-get-config-is-in-use

Trying to re-run the install through 'apt --fix-broken install' does
not solve the issue, but purging the package 'plasma-theme-oxygen'
before calling 'dist-upgrade' does solve the issue.

Some further info:
- The system does use snapper as described in the stackexchange issue.
Not sure if it interacts.
- The oxygen theme is in use for the user configuration for windows
decorations, but changing to a different decoration like breeze still
leads to the same error.
