Hi ftpmaster, Please remove biobambam2 from sid i386 architecture. This is necessary for the removal of its dependency libmaus2, which has been recently failing to build from source on i386, as reported in #1091568. biobambam2 being a resources heavy processing software with low popcon, I'm not really expecting any users on this architecture. I noticed bcbio's build time test suite depends on biobambam2, but that package being architecture all, the issue is not too problematic as long the underlying build hardware is amd64.
