I don't see the DELAYED artifacts under ftp://ftp.upload.debian.org/pub/UploadQueue/DELAYED, nor is it mentioned on https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/zsh-syntax-highlighting. So, unless I'm doing something wrong, there doesn't seem to be a DELAYED upload pending as of this writing. At any rate, I've uploaded a 0.8.0-2 a few minutes ago, so testing migration should commence without further human interaction. Feel free to unschedule it if there's any reason to do so. I'm afraid 0.8.0-2 doesn't acknowledge the NMU, as is customary, since I pushed it before I'd seen the patch you'd posted below.
