The package short description (synopsis) now reads: «CIRpy is a Python interface for the» and then the short single line description of the package continues in the long extended description. As a result they are both incomplete on their own. This is against the guidelines on binary package descriptions in the Debian Policy Manual (section 3.4 "The description of a package").
